1. Who we are
MARS Property ("we") operates this real-estate brokerage platform in Thailand. For personal data protection under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR, MARS Property is the data controller. Contact: hello@marsproperty.co.th.
2. What we collect and why
Contact details you submit (name, email, phone) when you enquire, book, register interest or list a property — used to respond and provide brokerage services. Booking and payment references — processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers. Account data (email, saved homes, saved searches) — to provide your account. Daily page-view counts per listing — aggregated, with no personal identifiers.
3. Consent
Every enquiry and booking form requires an explicit consent checkbox before we store your details or contact you. You can withdraw consent at any time via hello@marsproperty.co.th.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working (session sign-in, consent memory). Optional analytics cookies load only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner, and can be declined without losing any functionality.
5. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to serve you: payment provider (Beam Checkout), hosting (Cloudflare) and email delivery. We never sell personal data.
6. Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry and transaction records as long as needed for the service and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise. Under PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and complain to the PDPC. Write to hello@marsproperty.co.th — we respond within 30 days.
